Each client’s facial and skincare regimen is specifically designed to improve the look, feel, and health of their unique skin. Unlike other spas that have an entire menu of options that can be confusing and overwhelming, we prefer to offer tailor-made facials for one simple price.
Every Mags Cathey facial includes the
following 5 important phases.

Cleansing
Double Cleanse
Each facial begins with an oil-based cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. This is followed by a skin-specific cleanser, made just for your skin-type.
Facial Steaming
Steamers are used during the double cleanse and certain exfoliating treatments to soften the skin and loosen debris in the follicles.
Extraction
Blackhead Removal
Even if you have great skin and don’t suffer from acne, you probably have some clogged follicles. After steaming, alkaline products are used to soften the ostea (opening of the pore) for easy removal of comedones and clearing of the follicles.
Acne Treatment
For those with more severe acne, we only extract what’s necessary, preferring to treat acne with a more holistic approach. We strive to find and treat the root of the problem rather than cause more pain and inflammation.
Exfoliation
Manual Exfoliation
For those with sensitive skin, gentle enzyme treatments are used to treat the skin but avoid irritation or reactions.
Chemical & Enzyme Peels
Depending on your skin’s needs, we employ a variety of AHA, BHA and enzyme-based peels, each with a specific purpose. From lightening and brightening, to treating fine lines and wrinkles, Mags Cathey can suggest the perfect peel for you.

Mags Cathey Signature Double Mask
One of six specifically formulated masks is applied to the face, while you recieve a neck and shoulder, arm and hand, or head massage. The first mask is followed by a secondary mask that is also targeted to your skin concerns and may include light therapy.
Light Therapy
LED Light Therapy applies UV-free light energy directly to the skin. It can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, temporarily increase blood circulation, and treat mild to moderate acne.

Toner
Toners assist in delivering essential ingredients to the skin and ensure proper pH balance.
Eye Creams
Highly effective formulations of active ingredients used to target the specific problems related to the delicate eye area to produce rapid results.
Serums
